Holds
Most items are eligible for hold requests. If you want to place a hold, go to My Account to find and request material, or you can visit or call one of our branches.
If you are going away and do not want your holds to become available for pick up, you can suspend them. When you return, you can re-activate your holds. While your holds are suspended, you will not lose your place in the hold queue. You can suspend and re-activate your hold online through My Account, or you can visit or call one of our branches.
