Costume Exchange

Save resources, packaging, transportation costs, and money this year by swapping a costume instead of buying a new one! You can drop off your old costumes at the Library in exchange for a token that will let you get something new to you on your swap day! This event is first-come, first-serve, so please come early if you are looking for something specific!

Bollywood Dance Workshop

This Canadian Library Month, celebrate the spirit of Diwali with a fun-filled Bollywood Dance Workshop! Open to all ages and experience levels, this high-energy session will get you moving to vibrant Bollywood beats while learning easy-to-follow steps. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, come join the joy, rhythm, and festive vibes!

The event will be held at the King Heritage & Cultural Centre.

King Spice Club

For this session, we will be meeting on the 4th Tuesday of November. 

Join us at the King City Branch on the 4th Thursday of the month for Spice Club! Learn about the historical and cultural impact of a monthly spice, as well as its origins! Leave each meeting with a sample of the spice and new recipes.
