Healing from any chronic condition requires a holistic mind-body approach. While medications help manage our symptoms, deeper healing can be achieved when we involve the mind and the spirit. Join me as I share my own experience and the lessons I learned while on a healing journey from an inflammatory condition called rheumatoid arthritis.
