Come to the Make-It Lab during your lunch and use our Automatic Knitting Machines! Hats, scarves, whatever you like. It’s easy, it’s fast, and you will be amazed at how easy it is to use these devices to weave your own yarn creations.

Come by the Make-It Lab during lunch and use our Cricut machine to design and create your own custom stickers! You choose the images, we’ll prep them together with Cricut Design Software, then print, cut, and voilà—your stickers are ready to take and stick wherever you like!

This is a free drop-in program for ages 15+. 

Come to the Make-It Lab and try our new embroidery machine! We’ll show you how the machine operates, how to prepare a project to be embroidered, and how to plan future projects.

This program is for ages 12+, with a $5 registration fee. Please pre-register in person or by calling your local branch. 

Bring your dice and join us for a Dungeons and Dragons Adventure Afternoons! This is an ongoing adventure that will carry from week to week. Bring a Level 3 character to join our adventure, or visit the Make-It Lab during Drop-In Hours for help making a new character for this campaign.

Celebrate Canada Day this year by joining our recording of the national anthem. Help us assemble a medley of the voices of King Township residents by coming into the King City Library and record yourself singing ‘Oh, Canada’ inside our Sound Recording Booth. We will combine all recordings to make one song, a medley of the voices of King singing our anthem.
